Filipino added to latest Google text-to-speech update

Not everybody uses Google Text-to-speech as thay might not find it useful, but it's a different story for others, especially those who make use of accessibility options such as Talkback on Android phones.

The new version 3.13.3 update that is currently rolling now includes support for two more languages: Filipino and Greek. There's also a new setting to for language detection on devices running Oreo and a few more improvements to how the voices sound. 

So you can expect better quality when using Talkback and other apps that uses the text-to-speech function, It's good that Google puts time and effort to develop and improves apps like this to help those person who are physically challenged.
