Huawei launched Honor 7X a dual camera phone with 18:9 screen


Huawei just launched Honor 7X a new 18:9 screen ratio phone, this midrange contender is a pretty good matchup for the new release of Oppo and Xiaomi. 

The Honor 7X LCD measures 5.93” 1,080 x 2,160px resolution (407ppi) with a 2.5D glass protecting it. The fingerprint reader is on the back just like the 6X.

It sports a 16MP main camera with a 2MP secondary one along with an 8MP selfie cam on front.

The Honor 7X is powered by a Kirin 659 chipset – eight Cortex-A53 cores grouped in two clusters along with Mali-T830 MP2 graphics. The RAM is fixed at 4GB with a storage option of 32GB to 128GB and there’s room for a microSD card on the hybrid dual SIM slot.

The phone will launch with Android 7.0 Nougat + EMUI 5.1. It has a 3,340mAh battery and a micro USB port. The phone’s metal body measures 7.6mm thick and weigh 165g.

The Honor 7X has a starting price of CNY 1,300 (~Php10k) for the 32GB version and will be available in China on October 17.
